Re: [-empyre-] clothing [and/as] technology
Isn't a lot of personal technology eventually made to be worn? (pdas, mobiles, etc)
I currently carry 2 computers nearly all the time: a pda and a mobile phone (that is a pda too). But I can't handle wearing watches, too close to the skin - irritating!
So, this leaves us with technology embedded into clothes, pardon me asking, but where is the *significant* difference?
Is 'wearables' a somewhat loaded term for a very commonplace act?
